Overall a pretty solid spot. Close to downtown, but not walking distance (but it’s Pittsburgh so unless you are dahn tan you aren’t walking anyway). Parking can be a battle if you want on street. Solid restaurants and sports within 2 or so miles. The house was nice, steps are quintessential Pittsburgh, steep. The apartment itself offers some views of the skyline in the kitchen, truly a spot for a couple that doesn’t mind sharing a bathroom. No bedroom TV, which isn’t a huge deal, but would be nice. Host communication was A, and directions on check in and out process clearly laid out.
Extremely well kept and modern apartment on the top floor. The apartment is essentially brand new. For added security, the building has a locked door to the street, and up the stairs the unit has its own entry door. The ground floor has a really cool coffee shop, and the second floor is the other unit. (the building is the coffee shop, the 2nd floor unit, and this unit on the 3rd floor.) We walked all around town and the surrounding area. Very close to Duquesne. Would love to stay again. The pictures look great, but the apartment itself looks better!
The host was great! We had a great time and really enjoyed the place. It was within walking distance from PPG Paints arena. Right above a coffee shop. We would definitely stay again.
Everything about this place was amazing and so close to everything! The host was absolutely wonderful as well and responded back so fast with any inquiry we had. Definitely will want to stay here again if we ever plan a trip back to Pittsburgh. Highly recommend!!

Everything was perfect. The house is clean and spacious, we have had a great time!
Clean, bright, and well appointed apartment at a reasonable rate. The manager was prompt, friendly, and professional. A good walk to downtown sights - all good for walkers. Strongly recommend!
Communication with the host was excellent. Anything we needed she responded within minutes. Everything was clean. We chose to pay 15 for parking, which ended up still being on street parking that was in front of the house. We always found a spot that was fairly close to the unit and it worked well. The free parking was the only confusing part of the posting because it implied a designated spot. I was a little worried when it ended up being on-street, but it all worked out well so there was no need to worry. We got coffee every morning from the coffee shop and we loved their unique to-go cups. The music from the coffee shop couldn't be heard in the apartment, though we wished we could have heard it better because it was really good. The big window in the kitchen is amazing at night to see the skyline. The living room furniture is aesthetically pleasing, but is also small and uncomfortable. Right now, there is a lot of construction going on and it will be really nice when it is finished. Overall, we really liked it and enjoyed our stay.
My daughter and I came to Pittsburgh to celebrate her birthday! This apt was so cute, clean, and located above a great coffee shop which was so convenient. The location was very easy to access and to get around Pittsburgh's fun neighborhoods. My only comment would be on the parking. The ad says FREE parking but it's really 15.00 for street parking.

Thank you for choosing our apartment to celebrate your daughter’s birthday—we’re so happy you enjoyed your stay!
Regarding parking, there is a free parking area, and the $15 paid option refers to the nearby N-Zone. Both are explained in the listing to help guests choose what works best.
Newly remodeled & very clean. Host responded immediately & was very considerate. But…listing is confusing. It should NOT be listed as 1st floor. It’s on 3rd floor with steep stairs. Free parking is a couple blocks away, hard to find, & some is on steep hill. Pay the 15 to park! The bed is awful. It sags & squeaks with every move. Furniture is almost child- sized.
The place was perfect. Location was perfect for heading to the Pirates game and the coffee place downstairs was fantastic. Saranya was very helpful with the parking permit. Just be aware that, as mentioned, the steps are quite steep. It was not an issue for us and we would definitely stay again!
