"The Eagle & The Bear" Lake Tahoe -Golf Course 3 BR Home- Walk to Beach
New Owner
On Golf Course with Private Hot Tub & 2 Decks with "pictures don't do it justice" views of the # 3 green and surrounding pines.
It's why I bought the home, after multiple stays.
- Walk to 3 different beaches including the hidden gem, Secline Beach (sparse parking, dogs allowed).
Walk to shops, cafes, parks and Safeway.
Sledding on hill behind house.
Prior reviews mentioned "great house, location, and views, but furniture & amenities need updating. We have started the process of updating & have priced accordingly. Five star value transitioning to five star upscale.
Update: all new kitchen items (dishes, utensils, glasses, coffee maker. Added additional pots and pans.
New 77in TV, too wide for stand so on 2 stands until attached to wall.
Replaced 2 black LR chairs. Couch and 2 red chairs are next, serviceable but long in the tooth.
All new sheets, pillows, blankets, etc.
No pictures/ hanging art yet.
Second bedroom has 2 trundle beds, so 4 mattresses all together.
10 mins to Northstar Ski Resort, going against the traffic flow!
Ski there, dine here.
