Everything about the property was great! No complaints! We came for my mother-in-laws 80th Birthday weekend and we were within walking distance. Exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be back!!!
The studio is small but well kept and sufficient. It was clean and organized when I arrived however some of the dishes were not properly washed. Additionally it was a confusing check in process and some of the outlets in the studio did not work. It’s a good place for a budget friendly single person or couple.

Apartment was right off of busy road so car noise not great. Could have been cleaner, otherwise it was ok.

Basic rental
This is a very basis rental. No frills not even a kettle to boil water. Towels are thread bare. On a very busy road with a lot of traffic noise which did however calm down late in the evening.
I would say the inside is nice and clean. location is good for hopping to major arteries to get where we needed to. A little difficult to find at first even though it’s on the main Sandpoint Way- would have liked a little map or better guidance. Sleeping arrangements fit our needs but would have preferred at least one more towel since we had 3 of us stay there. Owner needs to update the property PDF sheet bc it didn’t open properly- ie not formatted but easy fix- so we didn’t really have check out info but owner did respond promptly. Property surrounding the studio could use clean up but the studio itself was clean and had an AC unit(window hose type) and a fan if needed.
The place was clean and modern, and very convenient for our needs (close to our daughter's home). But it was very noisy in the evenings and early mornings, due to a main thoroughfare running just yards away from the bedroom wall (formerly a garage door). The kitchen facilities were clearly not meant for anyone actually attempting to fix meals. All the cupboards are below the sink, which makes it especially difficult for older adults (like us), bending down to floor level to find things. The electric tea kettle was broken, and there were no filters provided for the drip coffee pot. To be fair, we didn't give the host a chance to fix these issues because we weren't there much except for sleeping.Overall it feels like a place that needs a bit of attention. But given all that, it worked for our needs - just nothing extra.

I'm trying to remain neutral but this property was disappointing. It was right off a busy street so there's traffic noise all night. It's pet friendly, but carpet needs replaced badly. I didn't find the bed comfortable. It's on box springs and when my husband rolled over, I about got bounced off! The a/c is a portable unit hooked up to a window which isn't secured or properly installed so ran all night and anyone could climb through window. It's very, very small. Hot plate for kitchenette. I'm not overall knocking it. If you like minimalists living with pet odor, this is for you. But, we left and just ate a night's fee due to security, smell, and noise. I messaged owner with feedback who was quasi-receptive.
- pullout couch provided but no sheets for the pullout and the couch was pretty dirty. It’s black so it shows everything. - No pillow cases for spare pillows provided. - Dried blood on one of the spare pillows.- The spare blanket definitely needs to be washed. - didn’t receive check in instructions until a few hours before check in. Had requested them a day early but didn’t hear back. VRBO said that if I hadn’t received them yet that I should reach out to the owner (which I did) yet we didn’t hear back until the day of (a few hours prior). - Called owner and left a message, didn’t hear back- Directions to find property weren’t very clear. - Trash in yard and under deck. Could definitely be cleaner. - Was told to park and go around the house (which I did) but that was apparently not the correct way to go because the next day they put up a fence. Owners should say in instructions that once you park, go up the stairs to the left to the guest house. - The owner had sent over a link to the property instructions (I believe) however the document was corrupted so it was completely illegible.
