You'll love the easy walk to the Light Rail, which provides a quick ride to Downtown Seattle, the airport, Lumen Field, and T-Mobile Park, cruise ship terminals at Pier 66 and Pier 91. If you prefer to drive, you're also just a short trip from all these locations. Enjoy the vibrant North Beacon Hill neighborhood, known for its diverse food scene, cozy cafés, and scenic parks with stunning city views!
This home offers a spacious layout with new appliances, a memory foam queen bed, a sofa bed, and a minisplit for heating & cooling. Enjoy a 50-inch smart TV, free Peacock TV premium, keyless entry, and board games.
Full access to the entire studio, including a private entrance, kitchen, and in-unit laundry. A dedicated parking space is provided, with additional street parking available.
Strict quiet hours from 10PM - 9AM are enforced: no laundry, no loud noise.
No parties. No smoking or vaping inside.
$500 fee for any violation.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time.
