Quiet, peaceful apartment complex. Dog friendly and ample parking. Amenity center with pool is beautiful. Warm cookies or muffins and the staff made it feel so welcoming. The apartment is as listed. We enjoyed our stay in the Knoxville area.

The apartment was nice and the hosts are very responsive. Was in a great location of town and very close to the highway, so the commute was easy. Loved the big bathrooms, closet, and kitchen. The biggest problem I had is that the AC was out for 2+ weeks in the middle of the summer and it didn’t seem like much was being done about it even though the hosts told me they had been working on it. It wasn’t until I finally took measures into my own hands that it got fixed. Also, this is not the host’s fault at all, but I just want to note that the upstairs neighbors are insanely loud. The kids are always running and jumping around all hours of the day (and in the middle of the night). Overall, I would recommend this to friends.
