We came to Knoxville to visit our daughter. This was a great place to stay for us! It was clean and very accommodating. The location was also a plus…quiet but a very short drive to downtown. We would love to stay again! Beautiful place!

It was my first experience with the app. The location was excellent. I only wish there were doors on the bedrooms and the upstairs patio was clean but it was a great experience and I hope to rent it again in the future !!

My wife and I stayed here after our wedding reception. We had a few of our closest friends come hang out for a bit as well. Plenty of space, and immaculate cleanliness. Close to everything downtown and surrounded by restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. The space was beautifully decorated with a modern, welcoming style and was exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, plus many extras that made our visit even more enjoyable. The attention to detail throughout the home was impressive. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Knoxville area.

Great location! Everything was clean and overall was a very comfortable stay. Couple of things to keep in mind. There are no bedroom doors and sound carries throughout the whole house. Whoever stays in the top level bedroom will have to come down the stairs into the other bedroom to go to the bathroom. So if you are staying with kids, be mindful of that.

The property was exactly as pictured, clean which is my most important thing. The beds were comfortable, pillows were OK, but I am super picky and usually bring my own. It was close to campus and shopping. We would gladly stay here again!!
