Stayed here for the Cape Cod Marathon with friends and family and had the best time! Erica reached out before and throughout the trip to ensure everything was going smoothly and check in/out was very easy. The house was clean and had a great outdoor space that we were able to use on our first night. Super close walk to the beach and a quick drive to Main St in Falmouth. Would definitely stay again!

Great location!

This rental is in a great location and has a nice cottage feel. Head up if you are renting, buried in the description is a note that the house does not provide linens or towels. That was a bit of a surprise for us as we have never run into that with any vacation rental.

Family trip, 14 of us, youngest was 5 and oldest 80. It was a very nice visit and enjoyed by all. The house was very nice and made us feel very comfortable, having bedrooms on the main level was a bonus for anyone with mobility issues. The side yard is a great place for kids to play and was perfect for our kickball and baseball games. The location of the house was perfect, easy, short walk to the beach. For anyone with mobility issues, they can be dropped off. Parking for non residents available after 5pm. House comes with plenty of beach chairs. The porch was our favorite place to sit but there's also a nice patio sofa to the side of the house. Short drive to downtown Falmouth and other places to visit such as the Nobska Lighthouse. The owner was very nice and informative. Would stay again.
