The property is as advertised. Perfect location and perfect for my party of six. Walking distance to the beach and the restaurants at Acland St. Kirankumar is very easy to deal with. A pleasant experience altogether. Will definitely book this place again.

The host cancelled our reservation 4 hours before check in. I am still waiting for my refund. I called them a few times to follow up empty promises and no refund.

Do Not Rent This Property!!It was filthy and dirty and So many things broken and faulty. Dirty sheets and Doona..Looked like sex stains! Broken bed also.No heating No aTV stations only U Tube on a very small TV. Balcony was dangerous. Said it was dog friendly but a dog f and definitely a child got climb through the thin wires. Back door lock did not deadlock into wall.Very dangerous area in St Kilda.But the worse part was the health and safety with this property. It had Blavk mould in the ceiling which the Host had painted over ! Their had been bad Water damage in this Property. Also the kitchen tap was broken and sprayed water all over the kitchen. If I could give 0 stars..I would !!!
