This work-from-home-friendly lake house offers direct access to Candlewood Lake, with breathtaking views from every front-facing room, as well as from the spacious deck and porch.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
✔ The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Bedroom one has two queen-sized beds, while bedrooms two and three both have their own king-sized beds. Bedroom two also has a full-sized washer, dryer, and a crib.

KITCHEN
✔ A fully equipped kitchen comes with all essentials—coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, cookware, and plenty of utensils.

OUTDOOR SPACE
✔ Enjoy newly remodled pool for a swim or relax on either of our porches for a glass of wine to watch the sunset.

LAKE ACCESS
✔ You will have access to your own private dock with paddleboards, 2 boat slips, and lakefront access to the water.

OTHER AMENITIES
✔ Stay connected with High Speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy central heat and air conditioning, and an air hockey table. Linens, towels, and driveway parking for up to four cars are included.

**IMPORTANT NOTES**
✔ Age Requirements: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book.
✔ Travel Insurance: We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance, as our cancellation policy is strictly enforced and we cannot offer refunds beyond its terms.
✔ Weather Policy: Be sure to check the weather forecast before your stay. We do not issue refunds for weather-related disruptions, as they are beyond our control.
✔ Check-In & Check-Out Extensions: Early check-in and late check-out are available for $25 per additional hour and must be requested ahead of time. Approval is subject to availability.
✔ Pool: The pool is heated. If you'd like it heated during your stay, there is a $50/day charge for the duration of your reservation.
✔ Pets: All pets under 60 pounds are welcome with prior approval. The pet fee is $150 per pet, per stay.
✔ We are available for both Short-Term and Long-Term Stays.

**GUEST GUIDELINES**
✔ Check-in after 4 PM; checkout by 11 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon.
✔ Only registered guests are allowed; primary guest must be 25+ and present.
✔ No parties, events, or extra visitors without approval.
✔ Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM.
✔ No smoking, vaping, or drug use indoors; fees may apply.
✔ Pets only with prior written consent.
✔ Exterior security cameras are for your safety—please do not tamper.
✔ Guests are responsible for damages or missing items.
✔ Outdoor amenities are used at your own risk.
✔ No commercial activities or subletting without permission.
✔ Report any issues within 24 hours.
✔ Unauthorized early check-in/late checkout will incur a Violation Fee. Violation Fee is equivalent to a peak daily rate.
✔ Cancellation and refunds follow platform terms.
