Cozy and comfy 1-bedroom home w/ washer-dryer set, located right on Rt 66

Perfect for SMALL FAMILIES OR COUPLES. Keep it cozy at this peaceful and centrally-located privately split duplex.

Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Amarillo. Conveniently located right on Rt 66, right down the street from plenty of things to get into, this delightful property features 1 cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and an additional living room space that does have a SMALL sofa bed. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, large tv's, central heating & air, blackout curtains in every room, as well as a small hideaway with a stacked washer and dryer set during their stay. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

The duplex is split privately between 2 units, guests will have access to the unit that they book. Each side will have a fenced in area running along the house and there is a separation wall between the two units in the the back for more privacy.

Each unit does have an EXTERIOR camera ONLY placed on the front door and a security camera that faces the parking lot.

Pets are welcome BUT they must be included prior to your booking AND they must not be left alone in the unit without you. Any pet not mentioned in your booking is not authorized to be there and will result in an extra fine and or immediate cancellation of your booking with NO REFUND.

I am from Amarillo myself, i did grow up in the surrounding area right where my Airbnb is located. This is actually my first Airbnb and i had a lot of fun designing the place, i definitely think it opened my eye to get into interior design somewhere down the road.

Why they chose this property

6th street or also known as RT 66, in Amarillo is a local hotspot for lots of people. There are spots to eat and enjoy company with friends, lots of little shops running along that sell antiques and other Knick knacks. The weekends are usually when there is live music being played and enjoyed at quite a few of the restaurants lining up and down RT 66.
