The communication with the host management company the takes care of the house was excellent. Easy entrance to the house. Very clean and lots of supplies for the house and beach. There is a bedroom on the ground floor and 2 full size bedrooms on the 2nd floor, the bunk room is very tiny and for little kids.However, very family friendly. We were a family of grandparents with 2 families and 3 little kids. The house worked so well. The location was great, a stunning beach a 10 min walk, close to the coop for groceries, lots of great outdoor space and close to other adventures such as restaurants, other beaches. The spa is not far away and amazing. Loved being in that space and stepping outside you could even hear the ocean on one of our many windy days.Highly recommend this house
