As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the huge, open-concept, great room with soaring 30ft ceilings, a gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 75” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious patio with views of the greenbelt, fire pit, gas BBQ, and a large private hot tub. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the great outdoors when staying at this home. Deer, Elk, and Wild Turkeys are just a few wild animals that frequent the greenbelt!

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen with premium stainless Thermador appliances is ready to provide everything you will need for fantastic family dinners. It boasts a huge quartz center island, 6-burner gas cooktop, coffee station with drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The dining table is just steps away and it seats 8 comfortably with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

The whole family will enjoy the fantastic great room that features a huge sectional, gas fireplace, and a 75” smart TV with surround sound and bluetooth ready!

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The main floor en-suite bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, direct access to the hot tub, and a private bath with a large soaking tub and an oversized walk-in shower.
* The main floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. It is supported by a full guest bath just outside the bedroom door that features a tile shower.
* The 1st upper floor en-suite bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and a private bath with double sinks and a tile shower.
* The 2nd upper floor en-suite bedroom has a king bed, and a private bath with a tile shower.
* The first upper floor bunk room has a twin over twin bunk, and a twin over a full bunk (sleeps 5).
* The second upper floor bunk room has 3 sets of twin over twin bunks (sleeps 6). The bunk rooms are supported by a full bath with a tub/shower combo.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee".
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The home is protected with external security cameras at the front and sides of the home.
