Wonderful view of the marina and it was also convenient walking distance to the beach, shops, and other amenities. Nice place to rest, relax and recover. I feel very healed after staying here!

Great location in a great neighborhood!!! The building is a bit older but well maintained. Plenty of dining and shopping within walking distance, I can't say enough about the location. Very close to the beach. Parking can be an issue in Miami Beach, this building has plenty of off road parking.The checking was contact free and easy. We did have an issue with one of the TV's. Someone was supposed to come and look at it, that never happened. I sent Rocky a message in the late afternoon, he apologized and offered to drive to the building (in Miami afternoon traffic) to fix it himself. I explained that wasn't necessary and getting it fixed the next day was OK. We got home from the beach the next afternoon and there's was a band new TV in the bed room, to replace the one that didn't work. Thanks Rocky!!!The only complaint we had was the flooring in the unit. There was obvious water damage to the floor and should probably be replaced. There were some loose pieces had could injure little feet.To recap, great location, for a well-equipped condo with plenty of parking. While this unit isn't luxurious, it is a great value for the price. We'll come again next time we're in town!
