The home fit our needs to a tee. I have stayed in some VRBOs in the past that looked great, but the beds were not comfortable and toilet paper supplies were not adequate. This home was well maintained and the communication with the host was immediate. I highly recommend this home.

Good space and location. Home needs some maintenance, but was satisfactory for our stay. Expected at least one bedroom of main house. It would have been helpful to point this out in advance. One of our family was 80 years old with a bad knee.

TLDR: Great location, great space, quirky light switch placements, hot upstairsFirst of all, the house was MOSTLY great. Perfect location, close to town but not in the middle of town. Everything we needed space wise with four bedrooms in the house and the added apartment. Not technically a casita as it is attached to the main house. But we needed the separate space for two of our friends so it was great!Everything was clean and neat. The trash cans were still at the curb, so we brought those up. Not really a complaint, just a comment. Also just a comment, the house lights switches are in odd locations. At least four times every meal prep the lights in the kitchen would go out with someone trying to turn the lights in the den or dining room on or off. That's a livable issue.The only real complaint was the AC. The house has a massive open ceiling design over the living room but that means all of the warm air from the gound floor goes right upstairs. The ground floor would be 74 degrees and it would be 80 upstairs. Unfortunately, we only saw one thermostat - downstairs.But the thermostat was an Ecobee, the same one I have at home. They could easily remedy the problem by getting a couple of remote sensors for the system. It was the same in the apartment. The couple who stayed there said it had no air upstairs at all and that the downstairs vent MAY have not had it's own thermostat so was controlled by the one in the main house. Unable to confirm that last part.

Landscaping and House cleaning Dominguez

Únicos problemas que tuvimos fueron la llaves de la tina del pasillo de las 4 recámaras la hallamos quebrada, el control del garage no tiene nueva batería no trabajaba, la llaves de la puerta de entrada se batalló para abrir. Pero apesar de estos pequeños problemas estuvimos muy a gusto. Gracias por todo. Si necesitan que les mande la foto del baño por favor mándenme decir porque tengo problemas con usar la nueva tecnología y necesito ayuda para mandárselos gracias
