Our cozy Authentic Log Cabin sits nestled on Dunn’s Creek just steps away from YOUR Smoky Mountain National Forest, perfect for couples or a small family. Cabin is located just 15 minutes from the new Rocky Top Sports World complex. This cabin features one bedroom with ceiling mounted 32' flat screen TV, sleeper sofa, 39' flat screen in living room, 1.5 baths, a Jacuzzi tub and washer/dryer on the property. (Although the sleeper sofa is full sized, it is suited for smaller children rather than adults as they are not very comfortable) Just minutes away from Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, you can enjoy area attractions such as shopping, dining, swimming, hiking, fishing, white water rafting and so much more. The wood burning fireplace has been converted to electric.

Our newly redecorated cabin has a front covered porch and a screened in back deck facing the creek for your enjoyment while sipping coffee or just relaxing with the sounds of nature.

Access to our cabin is very easy and there are no steep hills to climb or switchback roads to navigate. It is as easy as pulling in your driveway:

You are just a smooth 10 minute drive on beautiful Highway 321 from Gatlinburg and less than 15 minutes from all of the action.

If you need any necessities, no worries. Jack’s Market is within walking distance from the cabin. If you don’t feel like cooking, The Magnolia Tree Cafe is a short drive from the cabin and Cobbly Nobb will deliver to the cabin offering a full menu and some of the best pizza in the Smokies.

The deck has been screened in for your privacy and comfort.

Cabin was as advertised. Quiet location 25 minutes from Gatlinburg. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. The creek behind it was the best part. It was great to sit by during the day and enjoyed listening to the running water while we relaxed in the hot tub. Overall, a nice weekend!

The hot tub was wonderful and plenty hot. Melinda always answered us immediately when we had a question. The cabin was so cozy with a comfortable bed. We couldn't get the fire going because noone sold kindling. So bring your own to enjoy the fireplace. Our English Bulldog loved going up and down the steps! And every window had a beautiful view. Our favorite was the creek behind the cabin. We'll be back.

The hot tub on the back porch was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our holiday meal. We did feel that there needs to be better lighting on the back porch when using the hot tub after dark.

This was our first time staying in this cabin (but we have used the host's other cabin 2 times). The host, Melinda, is always very quick to communicate and is very friendly. The cabin was immaculate and cozy. The mattress is super comfortable. Housekeeping did forget to leave sheets for the sleeper sofa, but some were dropped off shortly after communicating with the host. We love how the cabin is tucked away, and nestled up against a creek. We hope to come back next year!

Great location for peaceful stay in the Great Smoky Mountains. Hiking and fishing opportunities abound around this cabin. If you are inclined to go there, easy access to Gatlinburg. Cabin is very comfortable, with beautiful stream right behind house.

We absolutely loved the cabin. It was just perfect for me, my husband, and our 2 fur babies. The bed is very comfortable , the kitchen is fully stocked, and there are plenty of amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Melinda was a perfect host and responded to all our questions very promptly. We definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quaint couples getaway!

This cabin is at the end of the lane with a few other cabins and perfect for parking and maneuvering our pick up. Porch front and back were lovely to enjoy both morning and evening. Flat drive off the main road. We stayed here with our small children and they loved the cabin and especially the creek.

The cabin was perfect for our weekend trip. It was warm and cozy and clean! The bed was comfortable and the cabin was well maintained. We enjoyed the closed in back porch to relax and listen to the babbling brook. It is just far enough from the city to relax but close enough to enjoy the sights. We would highly recommend this place to anyone interested.

We have visited the mountains of Tennessee for ten years and decided this year that we wanted to buy a piece of our own. We were very lucky to find this cabin for sale and after one visit, we were sold. After an extensive search throughout Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the surrounding areas, we could not find a cabin that suited us as this one does. Bordering the creek and the National Park, this cabin has a very calming effect, hence the title to our ad: A Peaceful Creekside Cabin.

Why they chose this property

Very affordable vacation spot that is on the quiet side of the Smokies, yet just ten minutes from the Gatlinburg line. The close proximity to Jack's Market means that you won't have to do without any last minute items.

What makes this property unique

The Creek and no mountain roads! There is also plenty of space to walk our dog.
