Tiny Cottage w/ Golf Cart! Ride to Downtown, Beach

Welcome to Tiny Terracotta, your charming coastal hideaway just steps from the heart of Ocean Springs! This guest-favorite cottage blends cozy vibes with unbeatable access to downtown’s artsy scene. Walk to vibrant restaurants, quirky boutiques, and lively bars in minutes, or hop on the golf cart(included with submission of required documents) to explore the Gulf Coast’s charm. Only 1.5 miles from sandy Mississippi beaches, your perfect getaway starts here. Tucked just off the main road, this quaint cottage is your private slice of Ocean Springs magic. Whip up meals in a kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker. Unwind with two Roku TVs (one in the living room, one in the bedroom) to stream your favorite shows. Please note that our property may undergo minor changes and decor and furnishings may vary slightly from the photos shown. While we strive to maintain consistency to the photos, some items may vary. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us. You have exclusive access to the entire home. Parking is shared with properties in the development. The rental includes a golf cart, but guests must be at least 21 and provide a valid driver’s license, proof of personal auto insurance, and a signed Rules & Waiver Agreement before check-in. No refunds will be made for failure to submit the documents before check-in. Located in downtown Ocean Springs, you are able to walk to restaurants, shops, bars, and more. The beach is 1.5 miles and a pleasant walk through downtown. Also within the Ocean Springs golf cart district, you may chose to rent a golf cart to get around. You will have parking available at your cottage. There are lots of great destinations within a mile walk or you are located within the golf cart district and can rent a golf cart. Street parking is also available downtown(during certain events, the City of Ocean Springs may not allow street parking, but your parking spaces will always be available at the cottage). You are located downtown which has a railroad that runs close by and where many neighboring establishments feature live music. Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the patio. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping. There will be up to a $350 additional cleaning fee billed to the guest for violation of this rule. No cats allowed. 1 dog is permitted with pet fee and guest is responsible for providing a crate if you will be leaving your pet unattended in the home.
