Quiet, attractive space in east Nashville, great atmosphere and convenient to dining and shopping. The only problem was seeing our parking space after dark; reflectors or solar lights outlining space would be helpful.

Great location, was super convenient and cheaper than any of the surrounding hotels, does indeed have a private entrance on the side of the house but is still connected to the main house with an indoor staircase near the bathroom, has a curtain blocking the downstairs off. Host was awesome and super responsive, place worked for us perfectly.

What a gem! Perfect for our one day in Nashville. Easy to get to everything we wanted to see. Absolutely beautiful neighborhood. Off-street parking is always a bonus. Quiet and private even though this is an upstairs apartment in an owner occupied house. Beds were comfy and shower was perfect. Definitely recommend!

The apartment was clean, well air conditioned and comfortable. One bedroom had 2 beds, the other one bed. There was no kitchen to cook in. The small refrigerator and microwave serviced is just fine. There are 2 supermarkets to buy food and store in the small frig. We managed just fine. We parked our car right up to the stairway that lead into the apartment. Al in all it was a relaxing 4 days.

Overall, a nice place and a good value for the money. A good location for us. Good coffee selection but no creamer. There were two or three small things that could’ve been done easily to make our stay better, like lamps that work, and a bedside table in each bedroom. An unsightly large plant in the living room. A slight lack of communication about checkout procedures. Minor things for sure, but small things matter.
