First floor apartment with AC, with on-site parking* in a great location!
Located on a quiet, dead-end street, this North-end apartment is attached to a larger home, but it has its own entrance, private patio, and washer/dryer. While this is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath, there are two queen beds and a sleeper sofa leaving plenty of space to sleep 7 people! Enjoy dinner on the propane grill while taking in the quiet scenery of the serene patio. Wifi, cable also available. Apartment can also be rented along with the house for larger groups.
*One on-site parking space is available, but the parking pass must be purchased from Chautauqua Institution's ticketing office.
