Stunning seaviews from all rooms. Beautiful fully furnished 2 bed, 3 piece bath penthouse apartment which sits in an upscale gated Ocho Rios Condominium. The condo sleeps 4 persons and has 2 decks and access to 5 pools on site set within beautifully manicured gardens. There is air conditioning, tennis court, and access to a roof top terrace with panoramic view. If you want to wake up to a view, dine with a view and lounge with a view, this is the place for you. Walking distance to centre of town, shops, banks and restaurants. Housekeeping service. Linens provided, wireless internet, hair dryer,cable TV, with free movies, free music selections, free calls to USA and Cda and other comforts of home. 24 hour security. The $295 winter rate for the 2 bedroom works out to $75 per person (4) per night and includes bi weekly housekeeping service. Daily cooking of your choice meals can be arranged directly with helper (extra). The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. There are washers and dryers on location (tokens available from the front office).
Centrally located in Ocho Rios, you can walk 5 minutes down the hill to the full shopping, restaurant and bar facilties of Ocho Rios. This condo is just over an hour and a half from the Montego Bay International Airport. It is directly opposite to the new state of the art Island Village Shopping and entertainment complex; and the Margaritaville nightspot; a ten minute walk to Ocho Rios beach; a five minute drive to the famous Dunn's River Falls, the newest attraction Mystic Mountain and Dolphin's Cove, and a ten minute drive to Chukka Cove. It was great, clean and nice apartment in a great location.

The only thing I'd say to improve on would be the directions. We struggled to find the apartment especially as it was dark when we arrived and there are lots of different blocks. Thankfully a resident helped us. Otherwise it was excellent. Thanks.

I really liked the location once we found the property. I would have preferred a map. It is a gated community. Our housekeeper Pauline was the Star of the property. Besides keeping our place clean. She made us a few meals for a nominal fee. I would have liked a coffee pot and bowls since we like to cook.

Why they chose this property

If you want something clean and a little more upscale than the average JA rental, this place is for you. The bathrooms and kitchen were upgraded April 2017. We have decorated and furnished like our own home in Canada and chose it because it is within walking distance of downtown Ocho Rios. Great access to Dunn's River Falls, Turtle River Gardens, Kokano Falls Gardens, Dolphin Cove, Bamboo beach, Wata Land, market, restaurants, downtown shopping, Dolphin's Cove, Ocean on the Ridge restaurant, Ocean11 restaurant and so many more attractions.

What makes this property unique

It is possible to catch a comfortable Knutsford coach into Montego Bay, Kingston or Port Antonio at the bottom of the hill (5 minutes). Taxis are also there to take you anywhere in town.
Free cable, internet modem 5 pools (one is right in front of penthouse has a Jacuzzi), rooftop deck, downtown city within walking distance.
