Lake View House
Whether you are visiting for fun on the lake or just for a little rest and relaxation, you will enjoy the peace & quiet quiet and beautiful views of Dale Hollow Lake from our 3-bedroom, 3-bath home located on a quiet road less than three miles from both Eagle Cove and Starpoint Marinas.
After a day of fun on the lake unwind on the private enclosed porch overlooking the water or have fun making s'mores at the fire pit. A second porch, also with a lake view is located off one of the bedrooms.
Barbeque and eat a meal on the patio dining table where you can also relax on adirondack chairs and a porch swing.
Like to hike? Walk a short distance past our house and you will be at the waters edge.

We are from Columbus, Ohio and retired to Byrdstown in 2021. We enjoy boating, Geocaching and traveling. We are new to hosting and look forward to sharing our property with a diverse mix of guests. We love Dale Hollow Lake and Byrdstown.
Why they chose this property
We discovered our very peaceful and quiet road and instantly knew it was the right spot for us to build a retirement home on. Our road ends at the waters edge and is a great walk to just get away for a bit.
What makes this property unique
Our property is on five acres that includes beautiful lake views from a large enclosed four season porch and seperate lake view screened porch that is accessible from one of three bedrooms.
