- No need for keys, as there is a coded lock on the door.
- Check-in information will be provided before your arrival, including gate code, parking space assignment, and door code for easy access.
- Front desk check-in is not required, allowing late-night arrival and access to the condo.

Guest access
We will provide you with check-in information the day before your arrival. This information will include the front gate code, assigned parking space, and door code, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free experience. You won't need to check in at the front desk, allowing you to arrive and access the condo even late at night if necessary.
Other things to note
VILLA RENTAL RULES:
- Occupancy:
- 6 people maximum per 2 bedroom unit which includes babies and infants.
More than that will incur fines that will be passed to you.
- Smoking:
- Prohibited in villa, patio and common areas.
- Patio/Terrace/Deck/Balcony/Railings:
- No hanging towels or clothing of any type on railings at any time.
- Pool behavior:
- Users under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- No glass, pets, tobacco products, running, or horseplay in the pool or dressing rooms.
- Courtesy & Annoyance:
- Respect the rights and privileges of other residents.
- Avoid actions that annoy, harass, embarrass, or inconvenience others.
- Noise and Odors:
- Avoid loud, disturbing, or objectionable noises or noxious odors that may disturb other residents.
- Barbecue Grills:
- Charcoal and wood grills not allowed on patios, terraces, desks, or balconies.
- Use designated grills at the complex.
- Garbage:
- Dispose of garbage properly in the garbage chutes.
- Spa/Fitness Center behavior:
- Users must be 16 or older (under 18 accompanied by a parent/guardian).
- No food, beverages, glass, pets, tobacco products, running, or horseplay.
- Use equipment at your own risk.
- Limit of 6 guest visitors per villa.
- Parking:
- Renters: Park in the assigned slot(s) for the rented unit.
- Other vehicles associated with renters must park outside at the north end overflow parking area.
- Guests: Use designated guest spaces.
- Vehicles parked overnight in guest spaces or spaces belonging to another unit may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
- Patio/Terrace/Deck/Balcony/Railings:
- No hanging towels or clothing of any type on railings at any time.
