My sister and my female cousins were in NYC for my continued 60th birthday celebration. Centrally located, this loft was home base for our walking excursions in Chelsea, MSG area, Times Square, Empire State Building and all of the area restaurants and other offerings. We walked an average of 8-10 miles per day. When we needed downtime, there was enough room for everyone to relax. While it may not be the tea for everyone, we adapted to and enjoyed the authentic sounds of a vibrant city.

All in all a great stay. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that it was hard to regulate temps in the bedrooms and the showers were raised making them a bit hard to get in and out of. Location was great, check-in and check out were easy and host was communicative. All basics were there including coffee and water! Would stay again!

Extremely spacious and comfortable unit, with three large bedrooms and plenty of space. Quirky design (step up showers) and helpful hosts. Heating in master bedroom was an issue, but space heaters were provided. Would stay here again.

Really big and nice apartment. Easy check in and out. Small things that did not work (broken bed) was fixed immediately. Could be better, like the windows really dirty, toilet now working 100% and some more exclusive things, like curtains would make this apartment nicer (daylight disturbances if you want to sleep in the morning). Perfect location, easy walking distances to Macy’s, Times Square, Madison Square etc.

It feels like you are living in an old office building. Not homey, very sterile. The pipes for water for the building are loud and strange. The hot water for the master takes forever to get and the step up is unusually high. The 2nd bathroom has splatter marks on the wall and felt unkept. The washer and dryer is not in the unit but across a hallway in a dirty, unkept closet. The building’s rundown and the stairwell (we used instead of the elevator) hasn’t seen a mop in years. On the positive side: the place is spacious and the host, Raul, was very attentive and helpful in all communication. It slept 7 people which included 2 queen size air mattresses if needed. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were large. The Church is beautiful to look at and the Loacation is the Best! Couldn’t be happier with the location and the communication. Some paint, more decoration, a deep deep cleaning - this place could be great!
