This property is built as a duplex but rented together, giving guests the option of having two separate, private spaces with their own entrance. This is especially helpful for guests with mobility issues who cannot navigate stairs easily, as the lower unit requires no climbing to access. This home welcomes two dogs per reservation, for an additional non-refundable fee of $250 per dog.

The upper unit consists of three bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other two have double beds. The lower unit has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. Whether you're sipping coffee on the porch, or gathering for dinner in the well-appointed kitchen, this property is designed for comfort and convenience.

The town of Topsail Beach has a variety of entertainment options including the many beach activities, including swimming, surfing, fishing, and sunbathing. Explore the many eclectic shops and restaurants that cater to all tastes.
