Julie and Isaac are wonderful hosts. They communicated with me before booking until after my stay. The condo was modern and clean with all of the comforts of home. The beds were very comfortable.

What an excellent home and host! The home was perfect and just as described and so quiet and close to the children’s hospital. Home was spotless and well cared for and in immaculate condition! The host was very responsive and communicative! We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect location for exploring Lawrenceville, The Strip District, and Downtown Pittsburgh. The condo is beautifully furnished and decorated and has all the amenities you could possibly want. A special thanks to Julia who was responsive to our questions and provided helpful information about the area. It was truly a great experience and felt like our home away from home!

Overall we loved staying at this beautiful apartment! It was extremely clean and well stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. There was some construction going on in the apartment above us but it was not during inconvenient hours. Would stay there again.

The condo is gorgeous! One of the best stays I've had in a long time. It's decorated beautifully and extremely well stocked. They even had extra self care items in case you forgot anything. The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful. They gave us a bunch of recommendations also. The area felt decently safe and it is super close to multiple areas for shopping and food. Not far from downtown either! Everything was quiet at night but you may want to bring ear plugs just in case. You can hear the tenants upstairs walking and occasionally loud vehicles outside. Overall amazing stay. We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much!

Lovely condo in Lawrenceville area

This is a new 4 story building a couple miles north of the city center near Penn, Butler, and Liberty streets. Many restaurants close by and also the renovated Arsenal Park. We were on the 3rd floor with a window that looked down Liberty Ave toward the city center. The condo is gorgeous with many touches often not seen including the artwork--enlarged photographs of the city, among others, taken by one of the owners. We already knew the area as our daughter had previously lived about a block away from this building; in fact we saw the building during phases of its construction. Really enjoyed the accommodations and would definitely stay there again.

Pittsburgh at its best

What a lovely, restful stay. From the moment we walked into this beautiful, peaceful condo, we were greeted by artwork, decor and a view of Pittsburgh that took our breath away. Great location, walkable to eats and running routes to the Strip and across the river, it was nevertheless hard to leave this little nest that is immaculate, quiet, lovingly decorated and welcoming. Julia is a lovely host, and check in went smoothly. All is as described, and our experience was top notch. We came to PGH to check out the town on our son’s visits to colleges, and fell in love with this gem of a town, and this little condo that was our first welcome to it. Thanks so much for everything, Julia, we will sure be back!

Wow! What an amazing place! The condo was indeed new and chic. Everything was very luxurious and so comfortable. It was beyond clean and had literally anything you might need. Julie and Isaac thought of everything and communication was great with instructions to get in and out. There was never a need for any other communication because everything was accounted for. The personalized welcome note was a very thoughtful touch. The view was impressive as well. So much natural light but room-darkening shades when needed. Location was ideal. We visited family in Lawrenceville and were able to walk everywhere. Free included parking was so convenient because street parking is tough to find. So much to do in the neighborhood. There's much more to compliment but I'll just say this is a real find in a great location from exceptional hosts.

Cannot put into words how amazing my stay was!

Although I said I couldn’t put into words how good my stay was, I’m going to try. Julie and Isaac couldn’t have done better with this property! Honestly, I want to have a home similar to this one! My boyfriend and I had plans to go out to a comedy show, but we were so impressed by the condo, that we almost ended up staying in for the night! Everything was beyond aesthetically pleasing, neatly labeled and just overly perfect. But in theeee best way!! Julie was such an amazing person and had the best communication skills I’ve ever seen seen. I honestly can’t wait to find another event to do in this area so that I can stay in this spot again. My boyfriend and I honestly have already considered just going there for a weekend with no plans, just to simply enjoy the space And the hospitality of the hosts. I have already thanked Julie, but I will say thank you again so much. I can’t wait to stay here again!

This place was pristine! I loved everything about it. Parking was easy. Access was easy. When I had an issue about obtaining the pin door code the day of my stay I was able to contact the host and get it resolved quickly. She was so kind, and helpful with answering all my questions and letting me check in early. The furniture was so incredibly comfortable especially the bed, it was heavenly to sleep in. The decor really stood out and gave it that elegance and modern homey feel that is rare in rentals. Stunning space!

WOW - Amazing condo, so new, bright and modern. Host thought of everything and more, like extra phone chargers, music speakers, and snacks. We had a wonderful time and with a majestic sunset view of the city skyline. Gorgeous... Private parking spot was perfect especially since all the snow was blocking street parking. Why they chose this property

Love the location as we are near all the action but not in the center of it! We are on the bike path, walking distance to Children's and West Penn hospitals, the Strip District, downtown Lawrenceville and only a 5-minute drive to the heart of downtown Pittsburgh for all stadiums and music venues.

What makes this property unique

We are a brand new build with free, private parking, in a great location of Lawrenceville and have a beautiful view of the city. We have 10 foot ceilings with open ductwork for an industrial aesthetic, state of the art kitchen with granite, island and all new KitchenAid appliances.
