The Grand staff was amazing, constant communication if needed and being checked on, they took care of every question I had!!!! Easy check in and out procedure! We had a lovely wonderful time came down for a weekend for a wedding and romantic getaway, close to Gruene and amazing restaurants and stores near by! They only thing I would add just cause it happened to me I forgot the parking pass in the car, it would be helpful to add put parking pass back along with the list of check out process because it just so easy to forget! Beautiful apartment and comfy bed I must say!!!! We loved it and would come back again!
