In addition to the relaxing views, this condo's furnishings and accessories compliment this resort escape setting. Easily accessed amenities include 142-slip marina, 2-pools & Jacuzzi, tennis courts, 9-hole golf course, fitness room, onsite restaurant, billiards room, fishing pier, 2000-ft of boardwalks over conservation and world famous beach right across the street. One large master bedroom suite, complete with its own bathroom (tub and separate shower) and walk-in closet.

Open floor plan consists of a large living room, dining area, kitchen with bar and half bath. Living room features very comfortable pull out couch that sleeps two. In living room a futon exists for additional guest. Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and cook all meals. Also includes new washer and dryer. Assigned parking space in parking garage with additional outdoor lot for guests.

This is a first class destination with all the amenities you could think of. We enjoyed the beach club access with workout room overlooking the ocean. We played the par 3 golf course whenever we wanted. There are several friendly neighborhood bars in the area. The condo is very comfy and cozy with a great view of the harbor. If you like to cook the kitchen is well stocked with all the gadgets.The neighbors are nice helpful and quiet.Rosalie is a doll to rent from. We liked the area so much we bought a lot to build our dream house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 month stay. The condo has everything needed to make it feel like a home away from home. The pool and beach are nearby. There are plenty of golf courses and restaurants to choose from. The view from the balcony is spectacular. You won't be disappointed.

Condo was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, quiet and well located. Short walk to the club house with it's huge swimming pool, spa and exercise room. Beach house is at a short distance with nice parking facilities, exercise room, swimming pool and spa. We particularly enjoyed bicycling from the condo and along the beach, long walks on the traffic free beach, or just sitting by the beach house with a good book. We also made frequent use of the nice little par 3, 9 hole golf course, which is always accessible and free. Harbour village offers a very relaxing, quiet and secure environment with access to shopping, restaurants, golf courses, etc., just a short distance away.

Great fit for us

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our month stay at this condo. It was well furnished and included everything listed. It is a very short walk to the fishing pier and the pool. The beach house is great and we never had a problem with parking. We very much enjoyed the golf course and only occasionally saw other golfers. Reading or lunching on the balcony was very quiet and peaceful and included an occasional visit from a dolphin or manatee. We are already booked to return next year. The owner Rosalie is very personable and interested in her property and the comfort of her guests.
