Located on the 17th floor and facing North, Kiss of Life! is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers Biscayne Bay water views and park views from its private balcony. With over 1400 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Kiss of Life! accommodates a maximum of 4 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger).

When you step into this stunningly remodeled Miami condo, you'll be greeted by an open-concept kitchen that comes fully equipped with all the essentials. With a Publix grocery store just 1/2 block away, you can easily channel your inner chef and whip up a delicious meal in no time. The kitchen features seating at the expansive island, making it a perfect spot for dining and entertaining. There is also a washer and dryer located in the kitchen area to help you stay on top of your laundry needs.

Getting Around/Parking

Uber is a convenient transportation option in Miami, and you can also easily access free public transportation such as the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend the nearby Miami Metromover.

- We offer 1 self parking space for $320 monthly.

Please be aware that the self parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but not trucks or vans. If your vehicle exceeds this height, the only option is limited street parking with metered options. Slingshots, motorcycles, scooters/mopeds cannot be parked in the residential garage.
