The apartment includes 3 queen beds in addition to two twin beds. Each room has a 43 inch screen TV in addition to a 50 inch screen TV in the living room. This apartment is located on the 31st floor and guests will have access to all amenities. The building is centrally located and guests will be at walking distance from restaurants, cafes, bars, night clubs and more!

Relaxing vacation time

Monica’s property was super fun to stay at for me and my six friends. The wraparound balcony has a beautiful view, and the outdoor pool was very nice to sit out at.

Perfect Place

We were here for a bachelorette and had the absolute best time. This apartment was perfect! It was a great location, quiet but within walking distance from a ton of places to get lunch, drinks, dinner etc. Loved it!

Incredible Space and Location

This property is wonderful and in a great location within walking distance of the Tram and great restaurants. Great amenities including a well equipped gym and an amazing pool. Words cannot express how great the property owners Monica and Marlon are. They're communication is impeccable and they are some of the greatest people I have ever dealt with.
