With beautiful island-inspired architecture, charming indoor and outdoor living spaces, and complete privacy, Sea’s Edge is a haven, the perfect place to escape the stresses of civilization. This villas waterfront location offers wonderful island breezes, with stairs leading to a rocky trail that brings you to a private protective cove perfect for taking a leisurely float.

Spread out between a main house and separate cottage, the five bedroom suites are richly furnished and each has a private balcony with direct sea views as well as ensuite bathrooms and televisions for those nights you may just want to cozy up in bed with a good movie. Additionally, the gourmet kitchen and luxurious main living areas are equipped with every modern convenience, including a state of the art sound system.

The outdoor living spaces are an elegant extension of the indoors with a comfortable dining area, a large 42’ invisible edge pool that disappears into the Caribbean Sea, and plenty of space for just enjoying the sun and the breeze. And for days when you'd rather lounge on the beach than lounge at home, Sea’s Edge is just a short drive to the white sands of the North Shore.

Beautiful Stay for a Milestone Birthday Couples Trip

So much so that they want to make this an annual trip :) The kitchen is extremely well stocked for large group dinners, the pool was wonderful, and all the rooms were very comfortable. We loved being reasonably close to town and the beaches!

Amazing views!…… close to everything by car. Great place, but bring a few gallons of bug spray. We got eaten alive by mosquitos during our stay.

This home is absolutely beautiful - every bedroom has it's own bathroom and a balcony with amazing views of the ocean. The home was very well furnished - the kitchen is large and has plenty of plates and silverware - it even has two dishwashers. The outside space at Sea's Edge is wonderful - plenty of room to be in the sun or the shade depending on your preference. The location is also ideal - not too far from Cruz Bay for the convenience of shopping and restaurants but isolated enough to feel like you've escaped the crowds. We enjoyed working with the staff at Catered To Vacation Homes - they were quick to respond to all of our questions while planning our trip and they checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Our week was simply awesome!!

Each bedroom was very nice and I liked that everyone had their own private room and bathroom! The Villa was very well appointed- there was even scuba gear! My family loved being able to snorkel off the little dock below. The outdoor lanai area was very nice and the infinity pool overlooking the bay was gorgeous! All Catered To staff were so kind, friendly and helpful!

Told a story about how he was a maintenance person who was looking for a tool he left behind. Rental company verified this was not true. We were very lucky. It could have ended very differently. We had left with the cars, but my wife stayed behind. I guess they thought we were all gone. Scary but turned out OK. The house was beautiful and Catered to was a good company to deal with.

Beautiful views with ample space to spread out!

We were a group of 10 (5 couples). The property was beautiful and everything we had hoped it would be. Location was ideal and it had a very private setting. Unfortunately, the second to last night of our stay someone had accessed the property while we were away and stole money from 2 rooms and exercise equipment from one room. This was brought to the attention of VACASA however they claim all of their keys were accounted for and no one had entered the property from their company. The house was locked everytime we left so apparently someone has a key to access the rooms. Beyond this issue we really enjoyed the property.

Picture Perfect 20th Anniversary

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary with a trip to St John with our close family and Sea's Edge was the perfect villa choice. We held the Vow Renewal outside the gazebo and then celebrated with a catered in dinner and dance party on the outside patio. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy and took full advantage of their own balconies. The pool, deck and view kept us entertained at all hours (turtles! waves! stars!). Catered To and the maintenance folks were courteous, friendly and professional. We are now spoiled for an infinity pool with that view and the sounds of the waves. Hope to return!
