Lovely apartment

We had a short stay in this wonderful apartment, which is really well set up, close to the beach with good bar restaurant on it and very near to the Kensington Oval. Would definitely recommend it!

Great stay

This a was a great place to stay to enjoy long walks on the beach with convenience to grocery store and buses . The beach is a short walk and has a great restaurant with beautiful Long Beach. The apartment has a grill and two small porches that create a great cross breeze in the apartment . The air conditioning in the bedrooms work great. Our host was amazing, taking care of any and every need that we had.The neighbors were all so kind too.

Disappointed

Water in the kitchen was shot off for some reason. We had to use the one in toilet that was very uncomfortable. Sheets and pillows were kinda old. The place is located in bad neighbourhood and we did not see that anywhere in the description before booking. Dissatisfied .

Sorry for you to feel that way. Knowing you used and destroy all the sheets and towels. making us have to replace our new linen. All pillows were newly purchased. (You took the pillow to the beach, who does that). Our location is newly renovated. We take the time to upgrade our condo as much as possible for a person to feel at home. This condo is our home away from home so we always love others to do the same. For the sink situation, as you were communicating with me, you never stated anything about the sink. I do apologize for not letting you know the Faust is sensor because as I stated everything is upgraded for the comfort of us and others. Knowing you treated the condo like a park I’m so disappointed that adults can be so disrespectful. Dropping food, eggshells, nuts shells, and sand all over the condo. Using your feet to destroy our new linen. Smoking inside and dropping the ashes inside. I’m so embarrassed as a person to have to let other people know the wrong that was done. Can you state what is so bad about Brighton? Please inform us. Because I see you were comfortable in the neighborhood. Never had one complaint. I’m sorry I could not have you stay longer when you requested because we did have other bookings. So by you destroying the condo your plan never stops us. We work with positive vibes.

All-Around Great

We enjoyed 4 nights at this home and were comfortable and happy! We did not have a car, and walks to everything were a bit too far for us, so we needed taxis to everywhere. Younger people might be fine with walking. The caretaker, Andrew, was wonderful and made sure we got where we needed to go. Recommended!

A pleasant and relaxing breaks

I enjoyed my stay at Brighton terrace. 5 minutes from a shop and the beach so a convenient location for seeing the island. Alvin and Reisha were pleasant and helpful hosts and I would recommend the apartment to anyone

Beautiful and safe

This property is in a central and safe location. Short walk to Carlton supermarkets and short walk to the beach. The place is meticulously clean and recently renovated with modern conveniences.. Great security and two beautiful balconies over which the clean fresh air flows through the apartment. Friendly neighbors, and its fun to sit at the front balcony and have morning coffee or a drink in the evening to just relax. My checking was nice and easy and my host was easily available in case I needed anything else.... I will definitely be staying the there again once it's available.

I loved it!

I enjoyed my stay! It has everything you need to make you feel just at home. The owner and caretaker are friendly and readily available if you need assistance. Also, shopping areas and public transportation are close by, which makes it very convenient to get around by foot. The surrounding area is pretty safe.
