This 3 bed, 2 bath condo offers gorgeous modern design & high end finishings. Head to the beach for a day of sun, sand and surf or enjoy the multiple pools and on-site amenities including gym, restaurant and a bar.

The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed. Sleeps 8 comfortably.

Located in the private gated community of Arrocito, Huatulco, no detail has been left out with contemporary design, modern finishing, large terrace and the beach just 2 minutes away!

Take advantage of the many on-site amenities including gym, restaurant and bar, botanical gardens, 5 swimming pools and direct beach access.

Bask in the beauty of the Oaxaca coast while sipping your morning coffee on the large terrace. Soak up the sunshine and breathe in the ocean breeze. Great vacation

The pictures and description of this unit were spot on. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone on the Bayside team. Tamara was quick to respond to any email we sent and made check in and check our a breeze. We would not hesitate to rent from Bayside in the future.

Perfect location of condo. Steps from the pool with exceptional views from the terrace. Pictures are very accurate and the condo even seems larger! Emilio was a very gracious host, helping us with all our reservations for dinner and excursions. Really wonderful stay!

Amazing family vacation!

We have just returned from a 2-week family vacation at the Cosmo Residences. It was our first time travelling to Huatulco with our two teenage daughters (we had been several times before and love the area) and we decided to book a condo as our youngest daughter has very severe food allergies, which makes all-inclusive vacations challenging and sometimes scary. From the booking process, to arranging airport transportation, to the concierge/grocery service, the entire experience was fabulous! Bayside provided thoughtful information and responded quickly to all questions. Tamara contacted us the week before we arrived and shopped personally for our grocery items to ensure that we would have no concerns regarding our daughter's allergy - she even printed an allergy information card for our daughter to carry with her to communicate her allergies when dining out or shopping. When we arrived, our driver was waiting and helped us to our condo, where Tamara met us to show us around. She was in contact throughout our vacation to make sure we were happy with the accommodations and services. The condo was spacious, spotless and steps away from the infinity pool where we spent the majority of our time. Arrocito beach is easily accessible and offers calm, clear waters for swimming and snorkelling as well as a great little beach restaurant serving cold drinks and food. Oceans restaurant, located onsite, overlooks the ocean and is a wonderful place to relax for lunch or dinner and some live music at night. The condo was equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need and the front gate is a short walk away where the security gate will call you a taxi (they arrive in minutes) to take you to the local grocery store or into town. Crucecita is a quick cab drive away and boasts a number of interesting shops, an indoor marketplace and many fantastic restaurants serving local and international fare. The local residents are friendly and welcoming and we spent several evenings walking around town. Although we've just returned, we are already looking ahead to next year in the hopes to rebook. We can't wait to return and will definitely book with Bayside again to ensure another perfect vacation!
