Amazing!

Our family had the best time at this location! Everything you need is either in walking distance or a short little drive! The scenery is stunning and everyone around was very nice! There are so many family fun activities for small and big kids! We will be back and we will recommend this location to everyone!

Nice Stay and Great Location

The condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the view of the beach, the little bistro and the covered parking! It's a very short walk to the beach and a quick drive to other nearby beaches.

We had a great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was pretty good, but the pool area was a under construction. The pool was still open but it was a little odd and would get over crowded. Access to the beach was under construction so we had to use public access which is nearby. Enjoyed the fitness center, the court. Also, the beach view isn't that great from this particular room due to the layout of the building. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Nice view, clean

Clean condo, nice view of the beach from the balcony, beautiful beach. We only had one problem with the TV in the spare bedroom-after plugging it in we realized that the batteries were dead in the remote, so we had to buy batteries, it’s all fixed for now.

Beautiful Location!!

Everything was convenient, Beach, pool, resteraunts. Dryer in unit was not working management company got me into an empty unit to dry my clothes. A little inconvenient, but better than the alternative. Overall we had a great stay.

Property is right on the beach. Nice pool. Condo was clean and fully functional. No icemaker or ice trays to make ice was very inconvenient. It was a nice place to stay for a couple of days.

Great Mini Vacation

Property was great and well maintained. Right on the water and kids loved the pool. Cafe not the best quality food and over priced but lots of food options near condo. Publix a mile away and kitchen in condo allowed us to prepare whatever we wanted. Condo equipped with cutlery, cups, plates, some beach supplies. Check in was a breeze and was nice to have our own parking spot. Would definitely stay here again or any other condo at this location.

Very Nice

This is a very nice location for a family stay on Treasure Island. The condo was comfortable and the location was a perfect distance to walk to the beach. We did not use the pool or visit the onsite tiki bar, but it was plenty busy. I would have liked a few more cooking pans, as we didn't go out for every meal, but we were definitely able to make do with everything provided. I would stay at this location again in the future. It had everything we needed and was super convenient. Check in was super easy and parking was great!

Sunset Vistas

Wonderful location and property with easy access to the beach. The unit itself needs a deep clean. It was “clean enough” for our stay, but there’s dirt buildup on the floor around all baseboards where the dirty mop water has dried up. The bathrooms have rust on the fixtures and tub. Showers need new grout/caulk. These are not expensive issues to address.
