In summer, private beach, pier, pool & tennis courts. Children's Park next door at Commons Beach with summer concerts, movies, water sports rentals and more! Golf course across the street and bike path steps from the front door. Walk to all restaurants and shops in Tahoe City. Stroll to the Tahoe City Marina for power boat, SUP and kayak rentals.

Enjoy the deck off the living room with panoramic lake views while barbecuing on the gas grill. Bistro table with chairs & adirondacks are provided during summer months.

In winter, you are minutes from world class skiing and boarding. Palisades, Alpine Meadows and Homewood ski resorts are nearby and Northstar is just a short drive away. Tahoe City Sports Snow Park right across the street with a full restaurant, ice rink, cross country skiing, sledding and more! Commons Beach with children's play area is next door. During winter months two adirondack chairs are provided for deck enjoyment, weather permitting.

This fabulous unit is located in Tahoe Marina Lakefront, a lakeside condominium complex in Tahoe City. It is a two bedroom/two bath unit that sleeps 6 people. There is a king-size log bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest room and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and the living room has a flat-screen TV with a DVR. You can enter the guest bath from either the hallway or guest bedroom. By shutting the door to the hallway, you now have two bedroom suites for more privacy.

Buoy may be available for an additional charge May - October.

This is a two-story condo occupying the second and top story of the building. The entrance is located on the second floor.

$250 Cleaning fee includes initial linens, firewood and cleaning upon departure. Excess cleaning needed will result in an additional charge. Daily maid service available upon request for an additional charge.

*Please Note: This property does not give refunds for cancellations due to wildfire smoke impacts, inclement weather, travel conditions or power outages. Purchasing travel insurance is recommended.

Beautiful Location

Very convenient location. Can walk to many restaurants and shops. The view of Lake Tahoe was amazing. The property grounds were immaculate. The condo owner was quick to respond to any questions.

Great home, great location

This home was a great location for checking out Tahoe City and a short drive to Palisades Tahoe/Alpine mountain. Very clean, well furnished/stocked and spacious. Great view of the lake as well! We were able to comfortably make breakfast in, while walking to dinner at several nearby great restaurants.

Great location and responsive host

Thanks for having us. The location of the place is great! We were there during snow storm and the place was well stocked and warm. The sofa bed is a bit thin but the main 2 bedrooms are fine. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensil. Jamie was very responsive and answered all my questions.
