Loved the proximity to the Snow Summit Ski Resort. We were able to come back for lunch and then hit the slopes in the afternoon with a lovely break. Highly recommend if you plan on visiting the Snow Summit Ski Resort!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here several days and loved the location, amenities and service. We picked this unit because of the hot tub, and although there was an initial issue, the hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. They took care of the issue immediately, and we were able to enjoy everything the unit has to offer. The location to the slopes was of course excellent.

If I would have known that there were regular residents in this complex I would have never rented it out. Photos did make the place look better than in person. Not so bad but not for me.

I am not sure what you mean by "regular residents" as this complex of 85 individual townhouses on a 3 acre property only has 4 full time residences but perhaps there was some misunderstanding. Regarding the pictures, we do our best to make sure the pictures are accurate. We have many different townhouses here, all individually owned and all different on the inside. If the one was not to your likeing, we have many others to choose from. Again, I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay here at the base of Snow Summit.
