Amazing Condo!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and bright with amazing ocean views. Access to the beach was awesome and the thoughtful touches like beach cooler and chairs for the beach was great. Would absolutely stay here again if visiting San Juan.

Everything was just as pictured in the listing. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was great to be able to sit on the balcony and look out to the palm trees and ocean. The pool was also easy to access and was clean. Location was good, plenty of food and stores within walking distance and we took an Uber to get to Old San Juan. The only process that was troublesome was the digital key entrance, we had trouble with it a few times. The owner quickly responded and helped us. There was also one real key to help with entering, which we preferred over the digital key access.

The apartment was beautiful. What you see is what you get. And the view was perfect. Waking up to seeing nothing but the ocean automatically brightened my day. They also had black out blinds incase you’re a person who prefers the darkness. Everything was walking distance with Walgreens right across the street.

The condo unit was beautiful, the amenities were as described and the view was gorgeous. The host maintained consistent contact before and during our stay. The only reason I rated this review as “good” and not higher is due to circumstances beyond the owners control yet still impacted the quality and expectations of our stay. Unfortunately the area suffered a water pump breakage and water, during the time of our stay, was rationed to certain hours of the day. Again, this was beyond the owner’s control and he had extra bottled water brought in to alleviate the situation. That helped but it couldn’t totally fix the inconvenience. The pump was scheduled to be repaired the week after our stay. The area is nice, walkable and safe. Access to the beach was ideal. We walked to a couple of really nice casinos and restaurants. The host and owner were very understanding and accommodating.
