This family friendly 6 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, south facing private pool home, just 4 miles from Disney, offers all the comforts of home and access to numerous resort amenities.

This welcoming home has 2 master suites, one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed, 2 other bedrooms with queen sized beds, and two bedrooms with 2 twins beds. The spacious floor has a great room where the kitchen opens to the dining room and living room. Living room has a 60’ flat screen TV and DVD player, and has a slider to the private pool and spa that overlooks the conservation area. Enjoy refreshments on the covered lanai while watching the kids play in the pool, or relax on one of the lounge chairs while working on your tan.

Need to come in and cool off? The kids and adults will be entertained in the air conditioned game room that offers a foosball table, air hockey, and Sony PlayStation 3.

Excellent location near Disney

What an amazing house! We had three generations of our family stay together for a big Disney family vacation and this house was perfect. The location is very close to Disney and convenient to groceries, Wal-Mart, restaurants, etc. There is a private pool and hot tub in the back and you also have access to the resort facilities. We had a great stay, would highly recommend this house.

We stayed here for a little visit to Universal Studios. Everyone had thier own room (which the kids were excited about the themed rooms). Everything we needed was there at the house. With exception to a sqeeky bed in the guest room off the play room, it was a great stay. As a first time VRBO stayer, I was impressed. Thanks for making it easy and comfortable.

We had a short family get together at Disney. The house worked great and saved us a bunch of money by eating at the home rather then eating out at the parks. Very clean and comfortable. Katie (property manager) was fabulous in making sure we had everything we needed.

Great Place!

The house is very well-maintained and spacious, leaving plenty of room for our big group. The pool and hot tub were crystal clear (the kids had a blast in both) and the owners were very accommodating. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet and had great amenities like a pool, arcade, store, and sport courts. It is in the perfect location with plenty of restaurants, mini golf, gift shops, etc within 5-10 minutes and theme parks within 15-30 minutes. We enjoyed our time in the house and definitely plan to stay there again in the future!

Beautiful home, clean and very well maintained.Perfect place for our family's visit to Florida.

We loved this house! It had everything our entire family could ever want for a perfect vacation. Our kids loved the pool and the game room, it kept them entertained when we weren’t at the Disney parks. This house is so convenient located to Disney and Sea World, we were able to enjoy the parks and come back and enjoy peace and quite in the evening. We would go back and stay here without a second thought and would definitely recommend it to anyone who was heading to the Orlando area. Thank you so much for opening your beautiful home up to our family, we had a wonderful vacation.

Amazing

The house is well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool is amazing! The location is close to Disney, shopping and tons of restaurants. The clubhouse and pool were an added bonus. The owners are quick to respond to questions. Traveling to Florida for many years now, we have stand in many, many different homes. This is now my top choice place to stay when visiting Disney!!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed staying at the house. Checking in was very quick and easy. The house is very well maintained and clean. We really enjoyed swimming in the pool or sitting in the spa. Every morning we would drink coffee and visit on the lanai. The property managers respond very quickly to any questions or concerns. Also, they had any problems fixed very quickly. We would definitely rent the house again in the future!

Amazing stay!

First off, Lanson and Diane are the easiest owners to communicate with. They are extremely professional and helpful. Second, the house is beautiful and equipped with everything. The pool was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. It’s literally the perfect house to stay at especially with young kids. Third, the location is close to everything (Walmart, fast food restaurants, Dollar Tree, etc). We can’t wait to visit again! 5 days was just not enough here! Thank you both for a great experience.
