This place was beautiful! It is spacious. I had 15 adults a toddler and an infant and there was so much room for everyone. That kitchen bar was the perfect area for gathering for our meals. That kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed from multiple coffee makers to a waffle maker to a blender and a plenty of dishes for large groups. The multiple floors turned out to be a blessing. We had the kids and their parents down there so they could have some quiet time when needed. The view of the beach is so perfect from the rooms and main floor. And the hosts were perfect. Simple instructions. No surprises. I can’t say enough to tell you how great a place it is. We will definitely be staying there again in the future! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Location was amazing. For a family with accessibility issues, this property was not the most ideal, despite the elevator. Had I not brought ramps to go inside from the garage, we would not have been able to access the house. Pictures indicated a much more light, bright and open space than reality. The door to balcony was almost impossible to open and close and the upstairs bathroom sinks did not drain well. A cleaning fee was refunded, but no significant monetary help was offered.

We are always disappointed when our guests don't have a wonderful time at The Beachside - Banyan. Unfortunately, when there are accessibility issues, this needs to be clearly communicated. This property is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations even with an elevator. Our precheck in communications clearly state that guests are not able to park trailers, campers or construction trailers at Banyan Beach. We have received consistent perfect reviews from our guests who mention the spectacular ocean views, lovely home and close proximity to the beach. We are disappointed that your trip wasn't 10/10. We enjoyed having you at The Beachside - Banyan.
