It was a nice place and location. I thought it would be a great place to relax and enjoy the water by fishing and swimming. It turned out to be a popular hang out for boaters to park, party and family fun. I counted at least 80Boats throughout the cove with about 15 or so parked near our dock from noon to 7. I expected a lot of boat traffic on lake during our weekend but didn’t expect this being at end of cove. The place would have been perfect during the week.

Beautiful property on the lake with a great dock. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Pet friendly and the layout is perfect for families. We will definitely rebook!

This is a perfect, scenic location. Heron's flight has everything a family would want in a stay and play environment. It has a wheelchair accessible entry into the home and an accessible shower. Recliners in the family room. Fully functional kitchen however the cookware could use an upgrade.The host was spontaneous with responses to questions, even on a Saturday evening.We will return in the future.

Wonderful private lake house

We had such a great time! The house was perfect for us 2 adults and 4 kids. The lake was beautiful. The boys fished all day and enjoyed the canoe. I would definitely rent again.

Wonderful place

We recently stayed there for three nights. It was a beautiful home very inviting, very peaceful and private and very clean. The beds are so comfortable and the scenery is beautiful. The host is very nice and helped us with with any questions we had she couldn’t have been kinder. I highly recommend this place. We are looking forward to returning this summer again if you’re looking for a good place clean comfortable down home feeling this is for you.

Relaxing lake house

Brought my parents, teenage son and even the dog to this lake house for some quality time. The house was perfect size for all of us to have separate bedrooms. You feel pretty secluded based on where this house is situated in the neighborhood on weekdays- it was super relaxing and almost private! We were there 4th of July week, so Friday and Saturday during the days were busy, but it was back down to just a few boats, if any, by 6pm. We would definitely go back!! Even the dog (in her life jacket) couldn't stay away from the water!

This home was thoughtfully designed for someone with mobility issues. I've had physical limitations since birth, so I know how big a deal this is. Many homes advertise as being wheelchair accessible, but this home is truly designed to make life easier for all involved. I was so pleased with the design, I literally teared up. I was able to access every part of the property easily, without help from my husband. My two senior dogs enjoyed playing and exploring the lake. My husband got his chance to fish, but it was pretty windy, so he didn't have much luck this time.Nevertheless, I was sad to leave. This location is likely the best spot we've rented for a short vacation over the past 40 years. I hope to return next year for a more extended stay. I'd love to connect with the homeowner directly to discuss the experience they provided us and offer a couple of suggestions to make this rental absolutely perfect for their next guests.

Great property. Clean, comfortable and so peaceful. Deer around every morning and evening. Easy, almost level walk down to the dock. Great cove location on the lake. Well equipped kitchen. Plan to stay here again.
