The Beach has been looking for you! Come to El Searrito Place where the ocean meets the land. This beautiful townhome in the heart of Cinnamon Shore's town center is the perfect spot for your family and friends. El Searrito Place boasts 3 bedrooms plus an open bunk room for the kids.
The first floor will welcome you with a large table that seats 8 easily and 3 at the breakfast bar. The first floor features a Queen bedroom and bathroom and hallway bunk area that sleeps two.
The second floor has a relaxing Queen bedroom and bathroom. The bunk room is a super kid's hang out for 4! The spacious Primary bedroom is an adult retreat with calming blue tones that mimic the ocean. The Primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower perfect to wash away the day.
Come enjoy the sea breeze and leave your footprints in the sand.

***NO PETS ALLOWED***
IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

El Searrito Place is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering El Searrito Place the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Be careful - there is a lot of construction and CS management does not take responsibility for accidents. There was a sizeable hole/missing brick in sidewalk immediately outside the unit - one of our party fell and hurt knee/face. No help offered and not even a comped dinner or stay reimbursement.

The property was easy to access and very accessible to the restaurant, coffee shop and Check in office. It was well maintained and the beds were really comfortable. I would definitely book it again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: El Searrito Place is perfectly located to the "city center" and could easily accommodate more than 10 people. However, there was no dust pan to help sweep up extra sand, no one could get the toaster to work, the mop fell apart when we attempted to mop up the extra sand and the extra paper towels were not easily located (they were pushed to the very back of the area beneath the sink). Also, our check-in experience was a bit rushed by the young lady behind the desk. We were not given instructions for our golf cart nor were we informed that some documentation was lacking in order to get the instructions. We had to go back to the office the next morning and question how to operate the golf cart and then were told of the information needed in order to operate the golf cart. I later learned from previous guests that the golf cart information was supposed to be part of the check in process.

High Prices for Low Quality

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Actually, the customer service was okay but the house rented and our experience was much less than desirable. The first night here, we had to call emergency number. No power in any master bedroom outlets. Took 30 minutes to get someone out. The woman who took the emergency call was clueless and thought we were from Tyler, TX?!? Then we went to get a shower- no shower pressure on the rain shower (on the ceiling) and the regular shower head had very low flow. The power outlet upstairs by the door is a fake outlet- nothing can plug in it. The whole place (both floors) was also filled with mosquitoes- huge ones! Our next door neighbors had two small children who continued to run up and down the stairs at all hours of the day and night. Their stairs were located on the right side of our townhouse. The inside of the house was nice. There were many beach towels and cleaning supplies in the house. Two washers and dryers made it convenient, too. The beachy decorations were nice, but all the furniture was uncomfortable. Excellent location: we were in the center of the property location. We were able to enjoy a band on Saturday night, too. Needless to say our golf cart experience left a bit to be desired , too. We had 3 carts; the cart was left at the wrong location. Had to call to find out where it was. Then the first stalled on us the first day; the 2nd- we ended up with a flat tire 3 miles from our beach chairs. Had to wait an hour for a Sage Employee to get back from lunch to get another cart. Ended up tipping a cinnamon shores worker who picked us up and brought us back to our chairs. They say they're not affiliated with the golf carts, but their names are on them. My 80 y/o mother had to sit and wait over an hour for someone to bring us back. I have a pretty good feeling we probably won’t be retuning here again and plan on canceling our week stay in June. For the money paid, it was far far less than expected. Best experience was the

The staff was friendly and were all about trying to make our planning and stay as easy as possible, (Free beer in the lobby was great to arrive to as well!) The lobby had a dvd library, coffee bar, as well as a small gift shop. Our townhouse was stocked with kitchen spices to ziploc bags and they even had two washer/dryers! They have almost everything you need and if you can't get it there they are only 5 miles from town. The family pool and playground was a hit with my 3 year old and the beach was clean, not crowded, and not even a half mile from our townhouse. We did rent a golf cart. With 7 people going to the beach it was a must! The only thing that we had problems with was that the internet did not come up and we could not connect to it. We got the town house next door but was not able to connect. Also there were no activities on Sunday and Monday nights. We stayed Friday through Tuesday and were hoping to be able to go to one of the restaurants on the resort Sunday or Monday night, but unfourtunately they both were closed. I can't wait to see this place when it is completely finished with stores and more restauants. We will definately be back!One suggestion I would say is to put the map with where the rental is that you have posted on the website. I want to know where the rental is when I book it for next time!
