Highly desirable Corner Unit with direct beach access and gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway! This beautiful fully furnished condo features 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and a balcony on the 4th floor overlooking the Narrows of the peaceful intercoastal waterway! With only a 5-day minimum rental period, The Master Bedroom features a King size bed/En-Suite Bathroom with a walk-in closet and ceiling fan while the 2nd Bedroom has 2 full size beds. The second bathroom offers a shower/tub combo- perfect for families. The kitchen includes electric appliances and also features a breakfast bar. The Great Room features a dining room table with seating for 6, modern living room furniture, ceiling fan and a sliding glass door which leads to the balcony. The condo also provides an Owner's Closet and has upgraded laminate flooring throughout. No pets allowed. The condo also includes 1 assigned parking spot. The amenities include a heated pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, a fishing pier, and a first come, first serve boat ramp.

At this time the swimming pool and barbecue area is under construction due to the last hurricane and it will be operational soon.

Great stay!

Wonderful unit. Loved the view of the bay with the boats coming and going, bird watching, and even a few dolphin sightings from the porch. The beach items were a bonus (towels, chairs, cooler)!! The pool and deck are still being repaired from hurricane damage, but once that is complete, this will be a perfect property for any Indian Shores beach trip!!

We had bay side view. The pool and bbq area was under construction which put a damper on things because we had no idea until we got there. We have 2 teens and a baby that would have enjoyed vacation alor more if we could have used those areas

Lacking

Very nice unit but lack of pool (in repair) and frequent intrusions for balcony repair did not make for a enjoyable vacation. Toilet in the master bedroom required plumbing and woodwork needs painting and repair. Beds had only one set of sheets and pillows did not have protective covers.

That was made aware to you before the rental process and a discount was applied to your rent so hopefully that helped out!
