The Space:
This home is a single level duplex with two units. Diana's Villa is a 2 bedroom/1 bath. Each unit has their own separate entrance and parking spaces.

This home has a SHARED backyard with a pool, tiki bar, and boat dock.

Boat dock can accommodate a 25 foot boat! Must be requested and reserved if bringing your boat.

If you are interested in renting the entire home (both units) please message the host to see if the units are available at the same time for needed dates.

Our unit provides many amenities including linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, private washer/dryer, Roku TV, outdoor gas grill, and fully equipped kitchen.

Pets are welcome with a pet fee!

The property was accommodating and pet friendly. It was located in close proximity to nearby activities. Host was responsive and the property was very warm and a welcoming place to stay.

Nice property, could be cleaner and more clear about access to pool. Our family (2 adults, 2 kids) enjoyed our stay, beds and pillows were comfy, great location, beautiful outdoor space. Floors weren’t very clean, we felt like we needed to wear shoes inside or our feet would be icky. Someone else’s garbage was still in the kitchen and our kids found half-eaten snacks in the bedroom dresser and under their bed. While I do see the home description says “shared pool” I didn’t notice that before booking which is on me for not reading more carefully. In order to access the pool, you need to exit the apartments front door and walk around to the back - our kids are 10 so it was fine to be out there when they were sleeping, but families with little kids would probably find there being no direct access to backyard difficult. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, and overall a nice home.

This is a gorgeous, safe, and quiet family waterfront neighborhood. The waterfront views can't be beat and the location is fantastic. Within 5 miles you can go to several beaches and find tons of restaurants, or you can take a 20 minute cab ride and enjoy the Las Olas nightlife!
