Beautiful Ludlow Mill Condo W/ Free Shuttle To Okemo

Come and experience our piece (peace!) of heaven near Okemo Mountain in a Mill condo right in the heart of Ludlow Village. This condo has extraordinary charm with high ceilings exposing original mid-19th century ceiling boards, beams and brick walls.
Yet it’s been updated with quartz kitchen counter tops and upgraded appliances. Spacious Great Room is centered around the wood burning fireplace with a large flat screen above complete with a wide range of cable channels. Endless supply of firewood available on floor. Our two bedrooms are newly carpeted with queen sized beds; 2 single Aero beds and a pull-out queen sized sofa are available to accommodate larger groups. And for the bread winners…. a couple of discretely located desks complete with high-speed WIFI.
Convenience…we have a Shaw’s, Rite Aid, Dunkin Donuts, Seven-11, Liquor Store & more within a couple blocks of our door, and the bars & restaurants are just as close (13 last time we counted) including Ludlow's best breakfast spot located right in the building!
The Okemo Base Lodge and Jackson Gore are minutes away, where you can experience four seasons of activities. The brilliant autumn views are endless in Ludlow and its surrounding mountains. In the summer, you can visit the numerous lakes and waterfalls including the famous Buttermilk Falls or play one of the many local golf courses. In the winter there is nothing like having a pick- up service from the free shuttle that stops in front of the condo and drops you right off at the Okemo base lodge!

Perfect Location for Enjoying Town and Mountain!

Right on the shuttle route and steps from great restaurants and cafes. Super cozy and well decorated with thoughtful amenities. Hosts went above and beyond and our stay was so enjoyable.

Great and very convenient condo

Had a fun and easy experience staying at Brian’s condo. The location is central to ski resorts, restaurants, and grocery stores. The condo itself was a great size for the 4 of us and Brian was great with communicating ahead of and during our stay.

Perfect Spot

This condo was under 2 miles from the mountain and on the shuttle route if we needed it. It was a beautiful spot and we were very comfortable there. Brian was a great communicator and there were directions for everything necessary in the condo. We loved it!

Comfortable Condo

This was our second time at this condo in Ludlow, Vt. We enjoyed our stay as much as the first time. It is roomy, convenient and close to the town center. We especially enjoyed sitting outside on the deck area overlooking the river in the early evening. The owner was quick to respond to our reservation and provided all the information to make our check in as easy as possible.

Right by the mountain.

Great location, right by the mountain (both Okemo Clock Tower base and the Jackson Gore base) and walking distance to at least two or three dozen restaurants (both kid-friendly and otherwise). Also a two-minute walk to the beer/wine store, and to the big grocery store in town. Great wood fireplace for making s'mores!!

Fall getaway

The apartment was exactly as seen in the pictures as were the outside spaces. Very clean and perfect for our stay. Communication with owner was great. The instructions sent and also left inside were key. Some lights didn’t come on upon our arrival but once we read the instructions we were able to get them on along with the WiFi. Otherwise our stay was very relaxing. Neighbors in the Mill were friendly. A little noisy from thin walls and people above but expected in an old building. Nothing too crazy and we slept great. Water pressure was strong and everything was very clean. The town of Ludlow was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend get away

Overall, property was as described, clean and met our needs. Dark inside, but understandable due to décor and wooden roof in this old mill building. Convenient location in downtown Ludlow (although some traffic noise due to this: didn't keep us awake but woke us early on the Monday morning). Owner responded promptly to minor issues identified. Great places to hike and visit nearby.

Convenient Ludlow Condo

Brian is a super and responsive host. The premises are exactly as represented. It is conveniently located to both ammenities like grocery and petro as well as sites and experiences to explore. Vermonters don't typically have air conditioning as there are few days in a year when needed, so we found the fans on the premises very helpful during our warm, good weather stay.

Great location

Great location for our family. We enjoyed Okemo summer activities like the mountain coaster, ropes course, chair lift and Jackson Core summer music concert series. We loved exploring Camp Plymouth State Park and did the pedal boats, row boats and hiking thr Vista Trail. We walked the town of Ludlow and enjoyed getting tacos and pizza for take out. The weather was unseasonably warm when we got there, so we were grateful for the fans Brian provided.

Perfect weekend getaway

Great location in center of town.

Located in an old mill building, the inside of this condo is very nice. The condo was clean and well appointed (unlike some others we have rented, the "starter roll" of TP was in place :)!!) Walk to downtown restaurants; short drive to Okemo, Butternut Falls, and Camp Plymouth Sate Park. Stop by Johnny's Kitchen for a quick lunch and Main & Mountain Bar for a drink (great people at both).

Suited our needs perfectly!

Staying here was like staying in someone's home. The condo was outfitted with everything you might want or need. Tastefully furnished, high-end finishes, exactly as advertised. We were here during the summer so Ludlow was pretty quiet. The location on the river was lovely. The village is out the front door and nature is out the back. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfectly cozy get-away!

My family and I were looking for a quick get-away to ski at Okemo. This condo was perfect! The owner was helpful and accommodating. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. It was exactly what we needed as a family. It's the perfect location right in the center of town and not far from Okemo. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect place for leaf peeping!

Highly recommend! Perfect place for leaf peeping. Gorgeous drives, hikes, views. Great local eateries. Very quiet on weekdays. One soft bed. One firm bed. A couple's paradise. Brian has thought of everything you'll need, and check in/out was a breeze.

Everything you need is right there. We park steps from the door and often don't get back in the car until it's time to return home. Just awesome!
