We sleep 6 and are dog/kid friendly! Exterior GFCI and 2 off-street parking spaces for Trucks/Boats!

Property was extremely overgrown with weeds and parking is only along the side of the house beside the alley. Walking distance to town is subjective. The 1 shower is very small. The house was clean, but the beds are very firm. Ashland and area are very cute and eclectic.

The interior of the house was very nice. It was clean and comfortable but the yard and landscaping was overgrown. The vines at the entrance tripped us more than once.

House was nice, very well stocked and clean. Great place for travelers with dogs. The only reason I gave the place a 4 star rating was the description of the available parking was misleading. The off street parking was basically in the alley, which is fine for small cars, but not for a large boat and full sized truck. If you are ok with parking in the street it’s fine.
