Welcome to your perfect getaway! This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house is centrally located, just a short stroll from our small downtown, local bakery & brewery and only 2 blocks from the stunning shores of Lake Superior. Enjoy direct access to ATV routes and snowmobile trails right from your doorstep! Or experience the joy of walking, running, and biking along the scenic lake trail! You're just 30 min from Bayfield and 90 min from Duluth, MN. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Great place to stay. View of the lake from the house and deck. So many little things included to make our stay feel so muck like home. We even grilled out one night and loved sitting out on the deck. Excellent communication with the host. Would definitely rent here again.

Enterance was inviting, comfortable furniture. Cozy mattresses, slept well. Very well stocked kitchen with many appliances. Breakfast bar was perfect . One floor living with only a couple steps to enter the home. That was perfect for my older parents. Prompt messaging from host. Well kept yard. I would definitely stay again.

This place is so very clean and comfortable. Of l the places I stayed it was by far the best stocked. Location is nice and walking distance to good smoked salmon and the lake walking path.

This home is very clean and has been nicely upgraded. It was a lovely place to stay while exploring the area. The host provided extras like board games and snack/light breakfast items which made it very homey and convenient. Host communicated very well. It was just two of us, but this would be a nice location for a family to stay.

Amazing location and host

Great location in Ashland. Very close to walking trails along Lake Superior and downtown Ashland. The location was spotless and newly renovated. Also, the location provided a great selection of snacks and beverages, which was unexpected but amazing. The host was very communicative and responsive. If I am ever back in Ashland, I will book here again. Thank you for a great stay.

Other than the weather not cooperating it was an amazingly comfy, cozy and way beyond what you’d expect. Our host thought of everything, this home had amenities you wouldn’t expect at Vrbo. This little house was very clean and I've never stayed at a vacation rental with such a well-stocked kitchen. I also appreciate the well-lit kitchen and bath because I don't see well in dim light. There's a nice little deck with a table and a mudroom entrance with a bench. It was an old house, but didn't feel old inside. There was a drive with two parking spots in addition to street parking. Restaurants and a beach were within walking distance. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to wildfire smoke and ash, but that wasn't the host's fault. We may try again next year and we'll certainly be happy to choose this property again. The only issue I had, and it was very minor, was that the host does not make the beds using a flat sheet under the blanket. But she does keep flat sheets along with the extra blankets ina chest in one bedroom, so they are available if you want them. So, that was acceptable. Overall, a really great place to stay. No complaints. Would stay again.

Cozy place! Never stayed anywhere with a kitchen so conveniently stocked before… Breakfast was easy with all the grab-and-go items on hand. Having a coffee maker and Keurig was great. Used the propane grill twice. AC kept it perfectly cool and comfortable inside during a couple hot days. Bedroom setups are ideal for a family of 4. Has a nice TV with a Roku, so we just logged in to our streaming services (solid WiFi so the picture was great). Location was very good for our daily ventures to Meyers Beach and Bayfield. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Ashland and at this property. The property was clean and well set up. You can see Lake Superior from the deck and various windows throughout the house. We appreciated the grab-and-go breakfast setup. We had a great time.
