This new property is ready for your weekend trip! I purchased this newly built home in 2024 and furnished it with all new furniture, TVs, dishes, towels, beds, sheets, etc. This is one of the first new construction builds in this area that is in the infancy of gentrification.
The house is occupied during the week (this is our home, not just a zombie short term rental), so you have condiments, spices, oils, coffee pods, and various staples for cooking, which make your trip more enjoyable. No need to stop at the grocery store for basics.
All three bedrooms have hybrid mattresses, mattress encasements, mattress pads, and 100% cotton sheets. In addition, you have 100% cotton plush towels, and ample storage. The fully fenced flat yard is perfect for outside entertaining with a 7-piece dining set.
Games, puzzles, books, and cookbooks will entertain you during inclement weather and the desk with multiple monitors, super-fast WiFi, and a Wi-Fi printer will keep you productive and in touch with work, if necessary.
★☆ For all our safety, we have a Ring doorbell with video and audio in addition to a Blink security camera over the back door facing the deck. Audio and video recording is triggered by movement. ★☆
★☆ Please remember that you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. Most of the neighbors are older or have young children, so this is a quiet street. ★☆

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you violate our rules, at which point you will be asked to vacate the property without any refund.

Each booking includes up to 6 guests. Any additional guests, up to the 8 allowed, will result in additional fees per night per additional guest.

• We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs (with a fee). Please add your dog(s) to the reservation.
• Dogs under 50 lbs are welcome. Dogs over the 50 lb limit are not allowed.
• Kindly keep your dogs leashed, crated, or under voice control.
• Please bring your dog beds or crates with you for your furry friend's sleeping needs.
• Please crate your animals when you are not available to watch them.
• To maintain cleanliness, we request pets stay off furniture and beds.
• Dispose of animal excrement in the garbage bin.
• Any dogs over the limit in the reservation, or over the 50 lb maximum, will be assessed a fee of $250 per night per violation.
• Please note that failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund, and you will be required to leave the premises within the hour.

This home is lovely and one of the first in the neighborhood to be upgraded. It stands out because all of the other homes are much older and not as nice.
We were in town for a weekend to watch a UTC football game. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us and the location was excellent for going downtown and enjoying the college/dining/shopping scene - such a beautiful city to visit! We actually ended up cooking a lot and the kitchen was wonderful. I also thought the beds were extremely comfortable! The big TV for watching football was big bonus. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Would definately recommend!
Matt is from Huntsville, AL and Jennifer is from Austin, TX. We fell in love with Chattanooga, TN when Matt accepted a position there in the summer of 2024. With his property management background and my finance, accounting, and real estate careers, hosting a short term rental was a natural next step.
