This was an AMAZING stay. I had questions before the trip and rhe host answered them quickly. My kids loved the hot tub and never wanted to leave. We had fun watching movies in the backyard. There are so many family friendly details to this property. They had kid plates and cups, lots of toys, a baby gate and so much more. I highly recommend this place for families. I would definitely come back here!

This was an amazing spot to stay, it had all the vacation indulgences. Hot tub, outdoor movie with projector, multiple social spaces and a big fenced in yard for our dog. Highly recommend!

Great location and perfect for our family of 5!

We stayed here for a 4 day weekend visiting family in the area (we live in Texas) and this location was perfect- close to the family that we visited, cute neighborhood that we walked around each morning, and a good space for our family of 5. Loved the hot tub and outdoor fire pit!!! Would book again!

Perfect place to gather!

What a lovely home! We had a great girls' weekend getaway at Shawna's place. The home was super clean, well appointed, just like the pics in the listing. The outdoor entertainment area was our favorite.

I have fairly sensitive allergies, and usually when houses are marked as “pet friendly” I can tell. Not this place! Sparkling clean, including blankets and throw pillows. Hot tub and outdoor movie screen were perfect! Had a slight hiccup with some missing towels and dripping washer, but owner was responsive, problem solved on the fly and was generous with her time. I’m already planning our next stay. What a gem of a private place in the middle of a neighborhood. Loved it.

We chose this neighborhood because it is off of main roads, yet still located centrally between i-405 and i-5.

What makes this property unique

Two things we absolutely love about this house include the open layout of the upstairs and the covered back patio with a projector, hot tub, and lounge area.
