We loved our stay at your beautiful house! We had plenty of room and the views were amazing. The location makes it easy to enter RMNP and access downtown shops and restaurants.
Easy check in process, provided many great resources and tips for the area. Wonderful space, we had 10 adults and had lots of space, kitchen supplies for everything we needed.
Wonderful property that is in a great location and beautiful! We had 12 adults and it was roomy for us all. It could use additional cooking/baking ware and also note that this is 3 levels. My 79 year old mom definitely got her exercise but we’d stay there again for sure.
We had a great time during our stay—hiking in RMNP by day and relaxing at the lodge in the evenings with games, the hot tub, and the grill. Having laundry on-site was also a big plus. It truly felt like the perfect spot for our group of nine to spend five days together.
The house had beautiful views. Plenty of room and space for a great girls weekend. Kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.
Awesome home for my family reunion of 11. Lots of space to be together, or apart. Like a mini lodge ideally placed 10 minutes from everything in Estes. I would recommend to anyone!

Thank you for the review! Hope you allow us to host your family again.
This house is beautiful and in a beautiful location viewing snow covered mountains. The sunrise was gorgeous too. The house was laid out perfectly for our 3 generation gathering. The living spaces were spacious and open, giving us lots of room to "hang out'. Access to RMNP and Estes Park was quick and easy. The host responded quickly to a question we had and was very helpful. We would stay here again!
Just minutes from RNP. So easy to get to shopping, food, etc. Private property, lots of space, good communication, easy check in and check out. The views can’t get any better! Great for groups. Would recommend! There are a few small things that could use some updates, probably due to some guests not treating things more carefully but overall great place.
Beautiful property, excellent location, could use more king beds, need to fix bathroom door lock main floor, icemaker on refrigerator not working, better beds needed

Thanks for the review! We will get those maintenance items taken care of.
We were in town for a family wedding and stayed with our group of ten. The house was the perfect layout for a family stay (bedrooms on two levels). The views and close location to town were great. Some of the appliances were a bit dated. But the house was very clean and comfortable. The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood. So, renters need to keep that in mind especially in the evening.Wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property for big family gatherings.

The site is beautiful.
We really loved the views and had a good family vacation. The house had what was described in listing, but the mattresses need to be changed. If you like sleeping in a taco then this is the place. The dishwasher is super loud and will fall out if you aren’t careful. The house could be amazing if it just had a little more care. With all the complaints from the adults on back aches (even my 16 year old) - we still had a wonderful time.
The home is spectacular. It was perfectly laid out for our group which included 4 generations of our family with a beautiful master and 2 main floor bedrooms, with 2 separate bedrooms on the lower floor suitable for children. The views are stunning. The home is well stocked and impeccably furnished. The main room fireplace is huge and emits a lot of heat, which we loved, but may have added to our challenges with maintaining an even heat throughout the home, with the lower floor bathroom floor being overly warm, and upon our departure it seemed the hot water was failing. We hope if it’s a problem, it can be fixed soon so that the next guests may enjoy the home as much as we did.
Mattresses in all room need replacing… dishwasher old and falling out of cupboard.. old kitchen accessories.. silverware glasseware dinnerware and cooking accessories need updating.. most lightbulbs need replacing and bedding needs updating.. living room furniture is worn out and outside stairway to front door is old and needs replacing.. the nightly price does not reflect the quality of the above issues
Superb location and very beautiful home. I would definitely stay again. We were three generations and the home adapted to us all. Its location at the base of a mountain particularly intrigued the teens. In the area we saw a black bear/deer/elk/mountain lion/ wild turkey and others. My complaint would be the entry staircase. Needs immediate replacement (splinters, broken rail, holes in the stairs. Inside is architecturally beautiful but they need new mattresses, fix screens, add missing light bulbs. It’s a huge home….short on towels. The host Jessie is great. We lost hot water and he came at 10pm to fix it for us. Except for stairs nothing is really poor. The magnificence of its location, views, and the home itself were overwhelming to all three generations. You may say it’s pricey but you wouldn't if you were standing on the front wrap around porch looking at miles of views, lake Estes and the city, and the Rocky Mountains before you.
