Great place to kick back after a day sightseeing in the city. Host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Great stay and will do again.

Overall, the property was very satisfying. Location was fine and very close to walking trails in Magnuson Park. It was easy to get down to University of Washington and reach the interstate five. The lower level was excellent for accommodating and separating two families. Upper level was fine , but could use more sitting couch or chairs.Kitchen was great. Didn’t get a chance to use the deck.

The interior space was clean and the property manager was quick to respond with answers to questions. The house is situated on a busy street (40 MPH throughway). The furniture on the main level was sparse and not conducive to relaxing or gathering as a group. The kitchen/dining room table was too small for our party of 5. The outdoor space was weedy and uninviting. We wound up departing earlier than planned to move to more a more comfortable rental.
