Guest will have access to the entire house except for the locked garage and a few cabinets in the laundry room. (Storage for supplies)

AGE Requirement: -- For safety reasons, this property is not suitable for young children due to its proximity to a bluff. We maintain a minimum age requirement of 12 years old for all guests.

QUIET Hours: -- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask all guests to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood during these hours.
