3 Bedrooms 5 mins to downtown with Free Parking
Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home base. Only 15 mins from the airport, this self contained suite has everything you need to make yourself at home. Walking distance to the Health Sciences Center, Children's Hospital, Women's Hospital, U of W and Red River College Campuses. The MTS Center, The Concert Hall, Human rights Museum are also very close by. Not ideal for families with young children. Park for free in our gated back yard.
This is a renovated Character House. The house has 3 individual suites each with it's own kitchen and bathroom. This suite has a Living room as well as a separate dining room. There is also a private back entrance directly off the parking lot.
Coin Op laundry facilities are located in the basement and is accessible to all tenants and guests.
